This Land Is Mine (film)

This Land Is Mine is a 1943 American war drama film directed by Jean Renoir and starring Charles Laughton, Maureen OHara and George Sanders. The film is set in an unspecified Nazioccupied European country. Laughton plays Albert Lory, a cowardly school teacher in a small village somewhere in Europe according to the films opening title card who is drawn into the actions of the Resistance through his love of his country and fellow schoolteacher Louise Martin, portrayed by OHara.
